Hani Kafafi
Chief Executive Officer

Hani manages the Hospitality Division of the Bukhamseen Group. He is responsible for Asset Management and Contract negotiations of hotels in Kuwait, Cairo, UAE and Iraq. Hani serves as a Board Member in MISR Towers Egypt, owner of Holiday Inn Maadi/ Azzad Trading Group Kuwait a supply chain company for hotels and restaurants/ Gourmania International, owner and developer of restaurants in Kuwait and Middle East. He serves as an Executive Committee Member of Al Houda Hotels and Tourism Co., Azzad Trading Group Co. in addition to being a Chancelier of Chaine des Rotisseurs, Kuwait Chapter.

Hani and his team are responsible for the leasing and asset management of Al Salam Mall in Najaf, Iraq. They manage the pre-opening stage of the Ramada Hotel & Suites and Ramada Plaza hotels in Najaf under license from Wyndham Group.

Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations for Northern Gulf Hotels of InterContinental Hotels Group based in Kuwait. Hani also held a number of managerial and finance positions for IHG and Hilton Groups in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, UAE and Cairo.

He was also the Director of Operations for TGIFriday’s for Middle East and North Africa, where among his key achievements include build and operate TGIFriday’s brand in Kuwait, Dubai, Cairo and UAE. Hani was a CEO and Partner at the NAC Middle East, the master franchisee for Ruby Tuesday in the Middle East. NAC operates restaurants in Kuwait, Cairo, Jeddah, UAE and Oman.

Hani has a wealth of experience in the Middle East, in hotels and restaurants industry and a true believer and advocate of team development. He has been an Assessor in many of IHG Management Development Centers.

Hani grew up in Cairo, Egypt and is a father to Omar and Dina, and a grandfather to Joud and Tamara. He exercises regularly and enjoys traveling, biking and swimming. !

Riad Abu Zahra
Group Chief Financial & Administration Officer
Graduated from Jordan University in Amman, Jordan with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Business Administration. Has 24 years of successful and progressing experience in the field of Hospitality Finance working for such renowned hotel chains as Starwood, IHG & Kempinski within the Gulf region. For the past 15 years, he has been holding senior executive management position in the Middle East!
Hassan Shaheen
Operation Manager
Hassan manages the Hospitality Division of the Diwan Amiri project of Al Houda Hotels & Tourism Company. He is responsible for managing the Diwan Amiri projects outlets at Bayan Palace and Al Seif Palace. Prior to this, he was the Lecturer for many years in several Lebanese higher hospitality institutes and schools in the following theoretical and practical modules:
  • - Management and Administrative qualification for specialists
  • - Management of food & beverages.
  • - Control and cost management.
Hassan served as a training manager in Bayan Palace for all Hospitality departments. Hassan served in below listed hotels and establishments as Consultant - training and managing all hotel sections.
  • - Sheraton Basra
  • - Beirut International Hotel
  • - Summer Land Hotel
  • - Tyr & Saidoun rest house
  • - Amir Palace hotel

General Manager for BPP groups for catering, restaurants & tourism in Kuwait.

Hassan is a graduate from BS University of Lebanon.

Hassan has a wealth experience in hotels industry in the Middle East.
